Behind the kitchen door...
After opening their "barn" as a gift shop in 2004, the Ferrara family never stopped building, renovating and re-writing their business plan. Although the gift shop was well received at its location on Rt 13 between Ithaca and Elmira, Terry and Lauren really wanted a place where people could sit down, relax and ... well, eat.
The new chef at Stella's, Paul Knapp, has extensive experience in the restaurant business. Paul worked at several area restaurants before coming to Stella's. He will be working very closely with Terry and by supervising the kitchen operations, allow Terry to spend more time with her customers.
 Stella's Barn is a family affair, with Joe Ferrara always working behind the scenes on the additions and improvements, while Terry's mom Edie Tallman helps out when needed in the gift shop. Matt Ferrara can often be found in the kitchen at Stella's, doing whatever needs to be done. 
 Stop by Stella's Barn Country Comfort Restaurant and Gift Shop. You will not be disappointed and you will NOT go away hungry.
